Activities within the project:

• "Towards the Future of Antennas: Transformation Optics and Surface-Wave Lenses", STINT Project (PT2014-5813), Postdoctoral Transition Grant for Internationalization. This project involves collaborations during 3 years with University of Michigan (UoM), USA, and Université Pierre et Marie Curie (UPMC), France.

    • Research on two-dimensional glide-symmetric metasurfaces.
  • March 2017: O. Quevedo-Teruel, G. Valerio and A. Grbic attended and presented in the Eucap 2017 in Paris, France.

    • From the teaching point of view, O. Quevedo-Teruel (KTH) and G. Valerio (UMPC) organised a short course on “SC10 (A): The Future of Flat Lenses: from Modelling to Antenna design”

    • F. Ghasemifard (KTH) visited UPMC for 3 months.
    • Research in the field of numerical analysis of periodic structures with glide symmetry.
    • This visit was not planned in the STINT proposal. F. Ghasemifard got a scholarship, so there are not expected expenses to report to STINT.
